Cooley Bids Adieu, Trutanich In The Wings

A year ago, the Republican faithful were throwing money at Cooley anticipating his coronation as State Attorney General, (now he's clipping coupons for Armor-All figuring out how to make it on $290,000 in L.A.). Steve Cooley, had said he would not seek re-election unless he selected a "worthy" successor. Bullshit. He is withdrawing because his sources of campaign money have left him without a rusty peso. (But his wife provided a clue who that might be when she donated "support" money to Carmen Trutanich the City Attorney of Los Angeles who has been involved with Cooley for many years).

As I pointed out on several occasions prior, Cooley and other PMAPS members possess power that is unique in the sense that they can choose who not to prosecute as they wield this authority. The links below provides insights into how PMAPS can do this, the Big Law Dog providing these examples.

This sort of thing is political, but it is also hard to separate from legitimate law enforcement procedures. In the previous essays, I've pointed out that the antics of certain PMAPS, the common motives and affiliations of these people are ridiculously transparent. The County of San Diego for instance, has always been reliant on military spending, particularly the Navy and Marines. John Andrew Whitcraft, Jr. "put in his eighteen" with the heir to the Turner Construction fortune that builds barracks for the U.S. Marines in the County of San Diego at a cost of $118 million, and Whitcraft LLC supplies parts to the Defense Department. Just about every single example of criminality or professional misconduct I've discovered, only some of which are described in these essays, was perpetrated by people associated with the Department of the Navy which includes the Marines, so all of these parties, including San Diego County law enforcement officials are clearly connected and there is no doubt they have demonstrated collaborative malice and professional misconduct.

These distinctions, the motives and affiliations, are not subject to debate. The proverbial dots have connected themselves, my commentary insignificant as far as the accuracy of the reports, but the primary subject keeps returning to PMAPS and and CLEOs use of their authority. That's all I see. The contrivances which are clearly reactions to these reports, clearly hostile and malicious, clearly intended to silence your humble writer because the proper legal venues were cut off just like communications and resources. I'm not an anti-government whacko, nor am I a bleeding heart liberal. My opinions of cops, military slime and prosecutors are based on my personal experience which is documented here. It is the juxtaposition of those interests, the overlap of personnel shared motives and affiliations, that I believe led to professional misconduct. The ex-military crooks were enabled by law enforcement personnel with shared interests and affiliations. The crooked law enforcement officials were enabled by prosecutors with shared interests and affiliations. And so on.

So when the research on this story was beginning, the first clues were provided by the crooked "pastor" Dave Mack of the First Christian Church in Monrovia because he was an ex-Marine who ripped off documentation that could only be useful to those that saw it as evidence against them. It was "Igor" Cimarusti who had no other reason to steal my possessions and memorabilia except to cover up the particulars of the ID fraud which I hadn't considered, thinking it had been resolved in 1997. After that it was, "Oh look, Gordon Lau, the guy who authored the phony arrest and booking report died and he was an ex-Marine," and then "Oh look, Michael E. Bartley died too and he was ex-Navy," and so on. Since then then shared motives and affiliations have only become more distinct, CLEO and PMAPS aggression a constant source of amazement.

In other words, everyone has a dog in the fight except me. My biscuits were stolen a long time ago. I can't even afford a dog. So I remain the proverbial guppy in a shark tank, trying to survive in a very hostile environment. And to Mr. Holder and the other non-GOP prosecutors, it ain't the guppy churning the water, making the political moves, paying for favors and services rendered, destroying evidence, obstructing justice, suborning perjury, making the threats or intimidating witnesses. Nope. The guppy is hiding behind a rock, watching it all in disbelief.

And did I forget to mention that any and all CLEO stooges, including America's Corporate Heroes (read CLEO stooges) are welcome to participate in "You Bet Your Life" Polygraph Palooza. I doubt your relatives will miss you very much either.
