Perry Sound-Bites Dog?

Ricky Perry is Governor of Texas and he has moved into the lead in a straw poll of Republicans. Is he a George W. Bush clone? Doesn't sound like it according to Howard Fineman courtesy of Huffington Post:

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/08/19/karl-rove-rick-perry_n_931945.html

So we may be faced with the prospect of Mitt Romney riding the range with a lasso, or Perry drawling Texasisms all over the place. This guy sounds like a cross between H. Ross Perot and Slim Pickens, but if Rove is worried about the intellect behind the drawl, the rest of us should be very worried.

I haven't heard his appeals to the prayerful, but if Republicans think that the condescension of babbling preachers that like to hear themselves talk are going to solve any of the rather serious, complicated problems looming out there, Rove has good reason to be concerned. Perry could become so utterly annoying that even Republican faithful become turned-off by the Jimmy Swaggart persona and go begging for moderation, which in a Presidential election would have to be Mr. Obama.

I will defer to Mr. Rove on the subject, at least for the moment, because nobody is more qualified to endorse or to criticize him. But I find it interesting that there would be any doubt whatsoever amongst Texas Republicans about his credentials or style. The Fineman story has all the ingredients for a very interesting melodrama which will undoubtedly cause a lot of internal debates before the convention decides the issue. Who is running the Republican Party anyway? That will be one of the questions answered before Perry, or anyone else, emerges as a front-runner with a chance of unifying the party.

In the meantime, I'll be looking for policy statements from Perry instead of sound bites, as we try to figure out what the Republican message will be once the candidate is selected. I doubt very much whether the supporters of Creationism in public schools are going to swing this election. I'm guessing Karl Rove agrees.

Republicans In 2012

Since Republican politicos have provided most of the content for the essays in the form of corruption and stupidity, let us continue with an analysis of their prospects in 2012 starting with the affable Mitt Romney, a guy who has re-invented himself so many times, no one really knows whether he exists or not.

Over the years, it has been something other than a pleasure to watch this guy's performance as a political actor. But unfortunately, as of this writing he is the leading contender for the Republican nomination. This does not bode well for those of us who have an aversion to certified, industrial-strength bullshit of the sort Romney has presented in the past. Some of the political nightmares we can expect will probably include Mitt Romney wearing a hard-hat at a construction site, pointing towards an unfinished building as if he were the architect. After that, maybe Mitt Romney out on the range on a horse with a lasso and cowboys boots. If things get worse, we'll see Mitt Romney on an aircraft carrier in one of those flight jackets with a bunch of depraved Cracker Jack Kooks waving their approval. And right when you think you might be able to keep your breakfast down, along with come Mitt Romney sitting on a firetruck wearing the full regalia, including an oxygen tank strapped to his back.

That is when many voters, along with your humble writer, will succumb to the motion sickness associated with watching this guy, and you will hear retching noises across the land. Of course, to Republicans who look around and see very little in the way of candidates that anyone takes seriously, Romney is about as "serious" as they come, ergo his leadership in most polling at this point. He also has the advantage of being flexible enough to change his position on any subject depending on the mood swings of the public, and since there will probably be many such mood swings in the next 15 months, he serves the Republican Party well.

And as soon as I find anything he says worth discussing, we will discuss Romney's candidacy further. In the meantime, Republicans should remember that Steve Cooley will be available, and to those who have read these essays, consider the advantages. For instance, the next time a Midwestern town is obliterated, Cooley could step to the podium and reply to the questions: "Tornadoes? What tornadoes? I haven't seen any reports about tornadoes," and in so doing completely nullify the issue. Of course, the downside is that this approach would subtract the participation of FEMA. Or the upside. I'm not really sure.

Still Stuck On Stupid

Before continuing with subjects that are slightly more intellectually challenging than CLEO antics, let us review some of those observed thus far and the "CLEO Logic" associated with them. First, we know that CLEO establish "associates" with photo-ops and other contrivances like waves, honks and signals. Anyone that crosses my path provides CLEOs this opportunity. After that, anything CLEO stooges do becomes attributable to your humble writer, and I suspect that what they do, knowing that CLEOs are directing all this crap, is likely something illegal, otherwise what is the point?

We also know that CLEOs maintain control over the environment, communications and the testimony and statements of CLEO stooges. The "credibility" issues are overcome by the fact that CLEOs, and presumably the stooges as well, have the alleged credibility to be persuasive, regardless of how ludicrous the premises or assumptions. One of those, of course, would be the notion that your humble writer would do anything illegal at all after witnessing all the CLEO contrivances that are described here. Another would be to accommodate CLEOs by doing anything illegal in public which would include the use of public facilities and/or computers that are obviously controlled by CLEOs and parties hostile to your humble writer.

The lack of logic or reason has never dissuaded CLEOs in the past however, and after watching the mimicry associated with the postings of essays, it appears that "CLEO Logic" includes a scenario that includes my essays, which as I've said before, is tantamount to criminalizing them. Now I'm not really sure who is supposed to believe that scenario; that I would post something that was part of a scenario that included illegal activity so that the CLEO brain trust could come along with their superior intellectual capabilities to discern it. "Look, Your Honor, these essays are part of an elaborate 'secret code'  . . . " and so on.

That, of course, would be stupid, as would any scenario that excluded profits, but remember that CLEO Logic only serves its own purposes, and therefore we find constructs like "CLEOs are the 'Good Guys' and therefore anyone that criticizes them must be (fill in the blank)". CLEO Logic also provides its own premises. Every single scenario I can imagine requires that your humble writer must be the dumbest bastard on the planet, but that's not a problem once CLEO Logic is applied. For instance, Michael E. Bartley was a stupid ex-military drug-addict with a long criminal history. Paul "Pffft" gave me Michael E. Bartley's DA number. According to CLEO logic then, I become a stupid, ex-military drug-addict as well. Instant stupidity courtesy of the CLEO logicians and brain trust.

And throughout these descriptive accounts, it has been painfully obvious that all we are really witnessing are the infinite number of possibilities that are available to CLEOs as vehicles for false attribution. Stooges, props, pieces of paper, costumes, printouts, bogus records of every sort, staged photo-ops, transcribed recitals and comical narratives, all have a place in the CLEO Alternate Universe where the only constant is that something illegal must be going on around me at all times. Because without the premise of "enforcing the law" all of this police activity is tantamount to harassment and a state of perpetual investigation.

So as we watch the same antics, recycled and rehashed to suit CLEO purposes, knowing that anything I touch, anything I say and anything I do becomes part of the CLEO repertoire (even things they recover from the trash like pieces of paper, books and envelopes), knowing their authority and alleged credibility have always been sufficient to preclude the review of professional misconduct, knowing that they have used that authority to steal evidence and exhibits in the past and no doubt will use that authority to steal the remainder of my possessions, we will continue with political commentary which is much more interesting and challenging than the antics of law enforcement personnel and the military slime that direct their stooges and proxies.

My remaining possessions include these essays and approximately 700 pages of previously printed material that includes alterations and deletions caused by illegal, malicious access to personal property. Storage media, all of which has been accessed and corrupted by those described here with the exception of two CDs which include properly dated text of correspondence beginning with a cease and desist letter to John A. Whitcraft, Jr. on January 5, 2007. While many of the paper copies of correspondence that relates to these essays was stolen or replaced by those described here, the computer files of the most significant were saved on those CDs. The files were transferred to a 2 GB flash-drive which I carry on my belt. Two other flash-drives, both corrupted, are are also in my possession. The corruption to both of those flash-drives is described in detail either in these essays, or the 331-page document that preceded them, or the several hundred untitled pages that remain in my possession.

Also included amongst those things I carry and protect on my back, court records that support all that is described here. Several arrest and booking reports that correlate to these essays. Correspondence that includes certified mail receipts, and the receipts associated with correspondence that is found on the properly dated computer files. Correspondence from officials and agencies involved, including Mr. Cooley, his Real Estate Fraud Unit, and the letters that preceded those replies. Letters to and from FBI, DHS and OIG regarding the facts described here, along with certified mail receipts for all.

Also many corrupted CDs which were subject to theft, destruction, or alterations at various junctures, all of these things occurring while in the possession of law enforcement, or military personnel, many were planted or handed to me after being removed by those same parties. Four mini-DV tapes which were handed to me on August 6, 2009 which when brought to the attention of Monrovia Police, were dismissed as insignificant, and so were not viewed by your humble writer in their presence, nor have I had a means of viewing them since.

Prints of e-mails, my remaining employment and medical records, which is to say a fraction of what existed prior to the thefts that were reported to Sierra Madre Police Department on May 22, 2007 (dated files and certified mail to verify) and on many subsequent occasions since, to law enforcement officials with jurisdiction. The bogus version of the phone records described here along with the printout of the "Account Management Error" described here, initialed by the employees who refused to provide accurate records. All of my remaining personal documents, birth certificates, several remaining photo-IDs, receipts for various items like air travel and other expenses related to these descriptive accounts.

And of course, a great deal of miscellaneous documentation, all of it selected for its value to support these accounts because over time I have had to make difficult decisions about what I could carry, what could be protected physically, and unfortunately much has been lost due to lack of a personal security and a location to store these articles and items. But I have learned that to allow access to any personal property, is to allow for theft, destruction and corruption of it, because that is what has occurred on every single occasion that law enforcement or military personnel have gained that access. And on every single occasion that they did, the predicate was specious, contrived, or the result of physical attacks or detention on specious grounds. And on almost every occasion, some sort of falsified report also resulted.

I have made the effort to properly report all of that which is described here to the proper authorities. None has ever acknowledged those offers, nor have they taken any administrative or investigative action regarding any of that which is described here. Nor have they made any effort to consider or acknowledge the documentation that supports those complaints or reports. But for the most part, amongst my remaining possessions are sufficient means of proving that which I have written about here and previously, and as far as journalistic standards, the integrity of these reports has been maintained. That is not to say that those that I have made allegations against were not capable of destroying the evidence of what I described. In fact, they have demonstrated a propensity for stealing and destroying evidence commensurate with their motive to do so. But when that evidence has been destroyed or withheld, I have clearly indicated at which points speculation became necessary and why it was necessary in the first place.

Cooley Bids Adieu, Trutanich In The Wings

A year ago, the Republican faithful were throwing money at Cooley anticipating his coronation as State Attorney General, (now he's clipping coupons for Armor-All figuring out how to make it on $290,000 in L.A.). Steve Cooley, had said he would not seek re-election unless he selected a "worthy" successor. Bullshit. He is withdrawing because his sources of campaign money have left him without a rusty peso. (But his wife provided a clue who that might be when she donated "support" money to Carmen Trutanich the City Attorney of Los Angeles who has been involved with Cooley for many years).

As I pointed out on several occasions prior, Cooley and other PMAPS members possess power that is unique in the sense that they can choose who not to prosecute as they wield this authority. The links below provides insights into how PMAPS can do this, the Big Law Dog providing these examples.

This sort of thing is political, but it is also hard to separate from legitimate law enforcement procedures. In the previous essays, I've pointed out that the antics of certain PMAPS, the common motives and affiliations of these people are ridiculously transparent. The County of San Diego for instance, has always been reliant on military spending, particularly the Navy and Marines. John Andrew Whitcraft, Jr. "put in his eighteen" with the heir to the Turner Construction fortune that builds barracks for the U.S. Marines in the County of San Diego at a cost of $118 million, and Whitcraft LLC supplies parts to the Defense Department. Just about every single example of criminality or professional misconduct I've discovered, only some of which are described in these essays, was perpetrated by people associated with the Department of the Navy which includes the Marines, so all of these parties, including San Diego County law enforcement officials are clearly connected and there is no doubt they have demonstrated collaborative malice and professional misconduct.

These distinctions, the motives and affiliations, are not subject to debate. The proverbial dots have connected themselves, my commentary insignificant as far as the accuracy of the reports, but the primary subject keeps returning to PMAPS and and CLEOs use of their authority. That's all I see. The contrivances which are clearly reactions to these reports, clearly hostile and malicious, clearly intended to silence your humble writer because the proper legal venues were cut off just like communications and resources. I'm not an anti-government whacko, nor am I a bleeding heart liberal. My opinions of cops, military slime and prosecutors are based on my personal experience which is documented here. It is the juxtaposition of those interests, the overlap of personnel shared motives and affiliations, that I believe led to professional misconduct. The ex-military crooks were enabled by law enforcement personnel with shared interests and affiliations. The crooked law enforcement officials were enabled by prosecutors with shared interests and affiliations. And so on.

So when the research on this story was beginning, the first clues were provided by the crooked "pastor" Dave Mack of the First Christian Church in Monrovia because he was an ex-Marine who ripped off documentation that could only be useful to those that saw it as evidence against them. It was "Igor" Cimarusti who had no other reason to steal my possessions and memorabilia except to cover up the particulars of the ID fraud which I hadn't considered, thinking it had been resolved in 1997. After that it was, "Oh look, Gordon Lau, the guy who authored the phony arrest and booking report died and he was an ex-Marine," and then "Oh look, Michael E. Bartley died too and he was ex-Navy," and so on. Since then then shared motives and affiliations have only become more distinct, CLEO and PMAPS aggression a constant source of amazement.

In other words, everyone has a dog in the fight except me. My biscuits were stolen a long time ago. I can't even afford a dog. So I remain the proverbial guppy in a shark tank, trying to survive in a very hostile environment. And to Mr. Holder and the other non-GOP prosecutors, it ain't the guppy churning the water, making the political moves, paying for favors and services rendered, destroying evidence, obstructing justice, suborning perjury, making the threats or intimidating witnesses. Nope. The guppy is hiding behind a rock, watching it all in disbelief.

And did I forget to mention that any and all CLEO stooges, including America's Corporate Heroes (read CLEO stooges) are welcome to participate in "You Bet Your Life" Polygraph Palooza. I doubt your relatives will miss you very much either.
